Full Refund: Available if requested at least 15 days before the course start date.
No Refund: Once more than 15 live sessions have been attended or recordings/materials have been accessed.
Missed sessions, personal schedule conflicts, or exam rescheduling by ASHRAE do not qualify for refunds.
Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.
