- Certification Disclaimer
This program is an independent training service and is not affiliated with or endorsed by ASHRAE.
Passing the BCxP exam depends on individual preparation and performance; we do not guarantee certification, though we provide structured guidance and exam-focused coaching.
- Schedule Changes
Session schedules may be adjusted due to unforeseen circumstances. Participants will be informed in advance wherever possible.
- Code of Conduct
Respectful participation is required in live classes and group forums.
Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the program without refund.
- Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for technical issues on the participant’s side (internet problems, device failure, etc.).
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the course.
